Kara’s Thoughts For February 2012

Hi Everyone.

Well, it’s proving to be quite a challenging year already for a lot of people so far and let me tell you “Why.”

This is a year of manifestation, which means that if you are dreaming of wanting to accomplish something, then focus, focus and focus, otherwise you may find yourself waiting a lot longer than you anticipated. Keep negative people out of your circle and make sure that you yourself aren’t thinking this way, as like draws like. Turn this cycle that we are in, into a positive affirmation cycle, feel what you want, believe in it, no matter what and create it. After all, life is what you make it, even during crisis’s, which we all go through at one time or another, so you are never really alone. Communicate with those who listen to you and yes, that may be new and positive people in your life. Love unconditionally those who frustrate you and accept them for who they are, as they don’t need judgements either.

All of this hype with the ending of the world in 2012 needs to be put aside, as it just isn’t going to happen. Every year we have natural phenomenon and of course this year will be no different and it’s all the way through history as I also see this in Astrology, Numerology and Clairvoyance.

A lot of people are having dreams and Spiritual experiences and the reason for this is that the veil between the Spirit World and us is a lot thinner now. We are in a major time of consciousness change and by this I mean, look around you and the world, our way of thinking, is at its peak and we need to look at being more positive in our attitude, with more Prayers and Meditations. Societies world wide will start to think very differently with groups of people rallying for the betterment of things and this will really stand out this year.

When you have problems, don’t sit in them, re-focus your energies onto something positive, address the issues at hand and find a solution. While this may take time, reflect each and every day in meditation, which in turns settles down the body, mind and spirit.

Every one can meditate. Start off by your breath. Sit outside with a glass of water (Sitting in nature is the best). No phones, no noise. Take one deep breath in and count one, as you breath out count one. Do this 10 times. This slows down the brain, body and Spirit, so you can go to a happy place, as the endorphins are released naturally. Deep breathe from the stomach area.

With so much crisis around us and in this world and while most of it is natural phenomenon, avoid breathing this toxicity within, hence why fresh air is the best. Try not to let the outside world affect your inside world.

The Universe looks after us, it may not be in the ways we think, but things always have an incredible way of turning around for us, as long as you believe they will as you are going through them.

The passing on of a Loved one, is one of the hardest things that we can go through. We may not know the reasons, or it may not make sense to us as to why, but as you travel your journey in life, the reasons unfold and yes, it may take years. True belief in the afterlife and Spiritualism gives the proof of an afterlife and opening your awareness to this understanding, can definitely help during grief.

Read books on grief, meditate, seek professional/spiritual counselling, talk to like minded people, such as coming to a Spiritualist Church, where you can learn to connect with the Spiritual realms/spheres.

Life is so full of many wonders. We need to embrace it each and every day. Stay in the moment, create positive things on your journey to look forward to.

The word Love is not as sappy as it sounds, Here’s the Dictionary meaning of this beautiful word:-

  1. a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person.
  2. a feeling of warm personal attachment or deep affection, as for a parent, child, or friend.
  3. a person toward whom love is felt; beloved person; sweetheart.
(used in direct address as a term of endearment, affection, or the like): Would you like to see a movie, love?
  4. to have a profoundly tender, passionate affection for (another person).
  5. to have a strong liking for; take great pleasure in: to love music.
  6. to need or require; benefit greatly from: Plants love sunlight.

Here’s the meaning of the word Unconditional:-

  1. not limited by conditions; absolute: an unconditional promise.

So put them together and try to practice them every minute of every day.

We are here to learn, experience and to live with unconditional Love. No, it’s not corny, it is a reality. Yes, things can get to us, but why hold them in? Watch your words and what you are saying, as this then becomes your reality. Make your words positive and you don’t need money to do that. Accept people for who they are and try not to get caught up in their beliefs or gossip. A true friend does not bring gossip back to you, instead, they stick up for you without bringing it back.

Surround yourself with positive people, as there are groups on the net, Spiritual Churches etc. Look for a Government Recognised Spiritual Church, which our Church of the Australian Spiritual Lyceum is. The reason for this, is that the Reverends are qualified with formal training and are not teaching their ideas and ideals. Spiritualism has no Creed and No Dogma. A good Spiritual Church has the knowledge behind it, the expertise and the qualifications. Our Spiritual Church teaches from the Lyceum Manual, which is Universal and not just an individual’s thoughts. Yes, it is a religion, but it is a lot more than that, it is a way of Life and the best part is, that it is opened to an individual’s interpretation. I believe in all religions and only one God. God to me is that Higher Infinite Energy.

Have Faith, Unconditional Love and knowledge of Spiritualism, not just being called a Spiritualist, as there are many different versions of this and just because someone calls themselves one, does not mean that they have learned what Spiritualism is and that is our 7 Principles, which are on our Australian Spiritual Lyceum Church page and Facebook page. Yes, I love being a Reverend also.

I hope your days, months, weeks and years, find this inner peace and sanctuary of Love to help you get through those moments when it is hard. There is always hope, you just need to find it through some of the suggestions I have already given.

I too have had major catastrophes in life, but I have not allowed the victim role to come in, instead, I got up and walked my Truth with Faith and Love and chose to be a Victor and not a Victim. Yes, life can certainly be wonderful, because we create it, so there’s no time like the present to become motivated, focused and loving.

Much Love, Blessings and Smiles
Kara.
